Thanks to PayPal system you will have the chance to arrange your purchases safely and that will be delivered directly at your home.
The products available in the SH+ E-Shop can be purchased, when available, by people being at least 18 years old and living in Italy. For people living abroad, please contact us always by e-mail in order to have a customised offer according to the country where you live.
For the delivery of your orders you can choose the most convenient place for you: to your home address, to your office, by other person address. In order to offer you the best service we selected an express forwarding service. The price of each product is VAT included. The transport costs are of 9,68 EUR (VAT included) for shipments in Italy. For shipments outside Italy, please contact our Service Center in order to have a customised quotation.

ORDER HANDLING and SHIPMENT
The order handling takes normally 2-3 working days and the delivery occurs in the following 48/72 hours, Saturday and Sunday not included. The shipment cost is free of charge in the whole Italy, if you make an order of at least 100,00 EUR (VAT included); under this amount, we ask for a money contribution of 9,68 EUR (VAT included).
Deliveries are normally managed by TNT or Post Service.
INFORMATION ABOUT PRIVACY and AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL DATAS USE
According to this rule, this use will be based to the terms of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of your restraint and your rights. According to art. 13 of D. Lgs. N. 196/2003, we inform you that:
· The information supplied by you will be used for the following purposes:
a) fulfillment of contractual obligations;
b) record keeping required by law;
c) management of internal operations to our company in relation to the economic relationship in place;
d) shipment of leaflets, newsletters and/or advertisement material with informing and cultural purposes.

The Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 n.206 relating to the protection of consumers in the matter of distance contracts, provides in article 64 the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
This right consists in the possibility, exclusively in favor of the consumer, to withdraw from the purchase unconditionally, without having to provide SH+ with any explanation.
However, the consumer will have to return any purchased products already received at his own expense.
SH+ will reimburse the consumer for any sum already paid by way of payment of the price of the products.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised at any time after completing the purchase procedure and in any case within 14 working days of receipt of the goods (starting from the delivery date reported by the courier), by communicating to SH+ the desire to exercise the right itself.
The communication of the withdrawal and the data requested above can be transmitted to SH+ in the following ways:

At the same address of SH+, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the consumer must provide for its return (total or partial) only after having received the authorization from the SH+ staff. The return service is in charge of the customer.
The reimbursement of any sum already paid and corresponding to the entire order or to that part of the products for which you have withdrawn will be made with the same payment method used by the customer during the purchase.
For credit card payments, the credit will be visible on the customer's account within the next account statement. However, the date of the credit will coincide with that of the order, so as not to cause the customer any loss in terms of bank interest.
SH+ guarantees the products against any defects. Should the consumer still find a defect in the products purchased, he can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Alternatively and in case of missing products, the consumer can ask for their replacement free of charge: SH+ will carry out the necessary checks (requesting any refund from the courier who took care of the transport) and will confirm the acceptance of the complaint.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the customer and SH+ is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05 are adopted, according to which the mandatory jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
